Driveway parking for 2 cars, with room for 1 on the street.

Damage costs will be deducted from this deposit. This will include *excessive* cleaning. If you break a wine glass, we're not going to ding you, but if you break a window...Damage deposit will be returned as soon as I get notice from housekeeping, that all is well. 

We do not provide special amenities for infants. 

A Welcome Letter will be sent to you prior to your arrival. This will include your entry code. 
*If* an early check-in is available, we will let you know-usually the day of check-in. This is RARE.
Likewise with late checkouts.
While we certainly understand your wanting to get to town early, (and beat some traffic), we suggest you have plans to occupy the time until 4:00. 

We are always a phone call, or text,  away!

Nicely sized modern kitchen, with most everything one would need. No leftover, mismatched  thrift shop finds.

Our maximum occupancy is 6, not including infants.

There is a fenced in back yard with deck and a screened in cabana, for dining and relaxing.
The front deck overlooks a semi private yard.

Parents are to supervise children at all times.
While the home is not "childproof",  precautionary measures are in place. We've no extra children's gear.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Ashtrays are provided.

Unfortunately, interior bathroom doors are only 24" wide. That, and the stairs keeps us from being wheelchair accessible.

We are John Hurd and John Murphy.<br />
We live full time in Baltimore, and summered in Rehoboth Beach across the street for 20 years, so we love the area. When the owner offered to sell this house to us, we took the plunge. It has taken a lot of sweat and work to get it this far, and we readily admit that we have a ways to go yet, and will continue to make it a place that you would want to return to.
